The proposal submission procedures are new for FMSDI4. Bidders are encouraged to consult the “Proposal Submission Procedures” in the Call for Participation (CFP) and to notify OGC immediately if any defects are discovered.
This system is not tied to the OGC Portal. All users will need to create a proposal account. To do so, please go to the login page and select "Register".
